Qualifications
- 1–3 years in Account Management, Technical Consulting, or Client Services in a digital agency, software consultancy, or tech-driven environment (Fresh Graduates welcome).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English (written and spoken); Mandarin is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and new B2B clients, identifying opportunities for technical solutions.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge to analyze client pain points, translate requirements, and propose software or digital solutions.
- Conduct product and prototype demonstrations, using AI-generated mock-ups and AI agents to show potential solutions to clients.
- Absorb new technological advancements and apply digital tools to address client challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with feasibility and client expectations.
