Job summary

Chu Hai College of Higher Education in Hong Kong seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead end-to-end payroll, MPF and HR operations. You will manage the salary budget, tax filings, and labour relations, ensuring compliance with HK laws.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field and at least five years of HR management experience, with strong Excel and confidentiality skills. Proficiency in English and Cantonese/Putonghua is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HR management with HK payroll, MPF, IR56F and labour-relations.
• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and PDPO.
• Experience in tertiary-sector HR is a plus.
• Strong confidentiality and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll for all staff including monthly processing.
• Manage the college salary budget and MPF/IR56F filings.
• Lead staff performance management and contract renewals.
• Handle labour relations and risk control.
• Oversee travel reimbursements and HR procurement.
• Provide data analysis to support HR planning.
