Human Resources in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll operations for a sizable organization. The role includes salary payments, MPF, benefits, taxation, and maintaining payroll records.

The successful candidate will provide guidance to employees, prepare payroll reports, and contribute to HRIS projects and process improvements. English and Chinese language skills are a plus, and more senior candidates may be considered for Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll operations for large organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage regular pay process including salary payments, MPF, benefits, taxation.
• Maintain pay, employee, leave records and related information.
• Advise employees on salary, MPF, benefits, taxation.
• Prepare management reports from payroll data.
• Assist HRIS projects and process improvements.
• Perform ad hoc payroll tasks as required.
