China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an HR/payroll professional to manage the employee lifecycle including MPF, insurance, tax, and final payments. You will prepare and process payroll, maintain accurate records, and handle staff inquiries about HR policies and benefits.

The role requires 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance, proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS, and bilingual English/ Chinese communication.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years relevant work experience.
• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and payroll procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systems.
• Independent, self-motivated and able to multi-task under tight schedule.
• Good team player with strong sense of accountability.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage the employee lifecycle and C&B matters, including MPF, insurance, taxation, final payment calculation, and staff movement logistics
• Prepare and process payroll, manage payroll records, and maintain a high level of accuracy in employee data input / update
• Maintain up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and ensure personnel files are compliant and organized
• Respond to staff questions on HR policies, payroll, benefits, and day‑to‑day procedures
