The Mira Hong Kong is seeking a senior HR leader to design and drive people initiatives, develop talent strategies, and oversee compensation, recruitment, and HR operations in a regional context. You will work closely with national and regional leaders to shape HR decisions and programs.

Applicants should have 8+ years of HR/administration experience, a degree in HR or related fields, and solid knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance. Office near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR.

• Degree in HR Management or related disciplines.

• Exposure to HR systems and employee benefits management.
