Job summary

Hong Kong Art Development Co. Ltd is seeking an HR professional to manage recruitment, payroll and staff relations in a sizable Hair Salon/Beauty/Nail group. You will maintain HRIS records, support daily HR admin and coordinate HR projects. Fresh graduates are welcomed to grow in HR within a dynamic team.

The role covers staff engagement, wellness initiatives and end-to-end recruitment lifecycle logistics, with a 5-day work week and comprehensive staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR related field and professional HR knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive human-resources management experience.
• Sound working knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
• Payroll & compensation administration experience.
• Exposure to HR systems and employee benefits management.
• Fresh graduates who are enthusiastic to develop a career in HR are welcome.

• Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or related disciplines
