CWT International Limited is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Leader in Hong Kong to oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and compensation. You will manage payroll, MPF contributions and attendance records while ensuring compliance with the Employment Ordinance.
The role also involves admin oversight, policy maintenance, vendor coordination, and driving HR strategy in a sizeable organisation.
Lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relations;
Oversee daily administration operations, including office management, facilities maintenance, procurement, and vendor management;
Ensure compliance with Hong Kong labour laws, the Employment Ordinance, and other relevant regulations;
Manage payroll, MPF contributions, and staff attendance records accurately and timely;
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and termination processes in a fair and professional manner;
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook;
Coordinate with external vendors, insurance brokers, and government agencies
Assist in organizational development, talent planning, and HR strategy initiatives
Manage the HR and admin team, providing guidance, coaching and performance management
Handle ad hoc projects and special assignments as required by senior management
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related disciplines
5-8 years of relevant HR and administration experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Solid knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme, and related labour regulations
Experience in a listed company or sizeable organisation is an advantage
Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, C&B administration, and employee relations
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
