You will own measurement, attribution, and optimization within a privacy-first framework while partnering with data science, CRM, and engineering teams.

Reporting to Marketing, this full-time role in Hong Kong or Singapore requires hands-on experience with UA, MMPs, and experimentation, plus a track record of cross-market growth

Qualifications

• 6+ years in app growth / performance marketing.
• Hands-on ownership of UA across Google App Campaigns and Apple Search Ads.
• Deep understanding of SKAN and privacy-led measurement.
• Strong SQL and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with OEM partnerships and cross-market scaling.

Responsibilities

• Own app growth across Google App Campaigns (ACi), Apple Search Ads, and mobile DSPs.
• Develop and manage OEM partnerships for device preloads and on-device placements.
• Drive web-to-app strategies to convert mobile web traffic into app installs.
• Own app measurement and attribution, translating signals into a single truth.
• Design and run experiments, including A/B tests and incrementality studies.
• Establish repeatable app-first optimisation playbooks and best practices.
