Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned performance marketing professional to lead multi-channel user acquisition for the Moomoo app. You will own acquisition volume, CAC, and user quality, across Meta, Google, TikTok, X and other channels, in target markets.

The role requires at least 5 years of overseas UA experience, strong data-driven optimization, and familiarity with AppsFlyer and GA. English proficiency is preferred and fintech marketing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years overseas performance marketing/UA experience.
• Hands-on campaign management on at least two of Meta, Google, TikTok, X.
• Working English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance user acquisition for Moomoo App in target markets via multiple ad channels.
• Analyze investor personas and user decision journeys to build multi-channel ad strategies and allocate budgets.
• Optimize ad account structure, targeting, bidding and placements to improve conversions.
