Job summary

Klook in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Associate, App Growth to drive scalable app install campaigns across ASA, Google UAC and DSP channels. You will collaborate with Analytics to structure, measure, and optimize campaigns while advancing automation to reduce errors and speed workstreams.

You will build robust workflows, run tests, and ensure rigorous incrementality measurement and pLTV inputs, leveraging SQL skills and platform familiarity for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with data and thinking in structural patterns.
• Familiarity with automation tools or scripting is a strong signal.
• Detail-oriented with operational discipline to catch errors.
• Clear communicator who flags issues and summarizes status.
• Strong SQL skills to pull and sense-check data independently.
• Hands-on exposure to ASA, Google UAC, Paid Social or a mobile DSP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day campaign operations across App Growth UA channels (ASA, UAC, DSP).
• Manage campaign budgets, bids, and structures within brief.
• Check configurations for misconfigurations and tracking issues; flag to Manager.
• Surface performance anomalies during regular check-ins and reporting cycles.
• Assist in maintaining automation playbooks and templates across paid UA.
• Support technical projects related to tracking infrastructure (MMP, SDK, SKAN, CAPI) and pLTV model inputs.
• Flag gaps in workflows for senior review.
• Set up creative and bidding tests with proper naming conventions and tagging.
• Maintain test docs and results for readouts.
• Collaborate with Data Science to ensure configurations support incrementality measurement.
