Job summary

OKX is seeking a Staff / Senior Staff Software Engineer for the Mobile Growth team in Hong Kong. You will own client-side architecture for acquisition, referrals, virality, rewards, and engagement, with deep expertise in mobile attribution and AI-enabled development.

You will design scalable growth infrastructure, instrument funnels, and collaborate with Product, Business Development, and local markets to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with production systems at scale.
• Deep familiarity with new user growth, referral and virality mechanics, and client-side architecture for conversion funnels.
• Strong expertise in mobile attribution design and evolution, anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation.
• Proficient in AI-assisted development and building personal AI workflows.
• Data-driven mindset focused on funnels, instrumentation, and metrics-driven decisions.
• Outspoken, proposal-driven with data-backed positions and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the client-side architecture for core growth conversion flows (new user acquisition, referrals, virality loops, rewards, engagement).
• Design and evolve the mobile attribution system (MMP integration, attribution modelling, anti-fraud, ROI).
• Build and optimise growth infrastructure, including funnel instrumentation and experiment frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Development, and local markets to translate commercial goals into engineering proposals.
• Drive technical decisions on growth infrastructure with clear trade-offs and evidence-based arguments.
• Apply AI coding tools actively to build repeatable AI development workflows.
• Mentor engineers and foster a proactive, solution-driven culture.
