Binance seeks a senior professional to lead Earn institutional relations and VIP client onboarding. You will drive campaigns, product development and cross-BU collaboration to scale Earn offerings and partnerships across Asia and beyond.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in institutional sales within fintech/crypto, strong business ownership, and bilingual English/Mandarin skills for overseas coordination.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Institutional Sales, Growth & Products with experience driving commercial metrics (AUM/TVL/Revenue)
• Strong product/business owner mindset for multi-BU / multi-product deals and understanding commercials
• Deep understanding of Earn products and crypto/fintech landscape
• Self-driven, proactive with strong cross-team communication & stakeholder management
• Experience at fintech/crypto firms, preferably CEX or Neobank or large org
• Experience in Earn, wealth management, yield/staking, financial products, crypto/DeFi preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business/Finance/Economics; MBA/CFA/CAIA advantageous
• Fluent English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners
• Based in Asia time zone, ideally UTC+8 (±2)

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new Earn institutional and VIP clients
• Manage Earn Institutional initiatives and drive collaboration, campaigns and product development for VIP Earn Platform
• Bridge VIP Team & Earn Team to align goals
• Streamline SOPs, collaborations and escalations with Earn Institutional team
• Turn cross-BU requests into product improvements and campaigns
• Unify Earn Institutional offerings and internal communication
• Drive Institutional deals and growth efforts for Earn
• Apply strategy across cross-BU initiatives (Affiliates, CMKT, etc.)
