Job summary

Binance in Hong Kong is seeking a Growth Partnerships professional to proactively identify and onboard affiliates, KOLs, and networks to expand user acquisition. You will build strong partner relationships, coordinate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Data, and Compliance, and negotiate campaigns that drive efficiency and ROI.

• 3+ years experience in Internet product growth or channel development, blockchain/finance preferred.
• Strong focus on user growth from partnerships and channels.
• Fluent in English and Korean for overseas coordination.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and onboard affiliates, KOLs, influencers, and partner networks to expand user acquisition.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners; provide ongoing support and resources.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Data, and Compliance to execute growth initiatives.
• Develop and negotiate partnership proposals, commissions, and campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Monitor market trends and user behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure partnerships comply with policies and internal requirements.
• Represent Binance at industry events to expand partner pipeline.
