Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior Client Relationship Manager to own and expand a portfolio of global institutional/VIP clients. You will engage C-suite leaders, drive long-term partnerships, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver optimized client solutions across the crypto and fintech spectrum.

The role requires extensive experience in wealth management, leadership of junior staff, and fluency in English and Mandarin to coordinate with global teams and partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of client relationship management experience in private banking, family offices, wealth management, crypto or fintech.
• 5+ years of team leadership experience, coaching and developing junior talent.
• Background in both crypto and traditional financial institutions is a strong plus.
• Strong client management, high-value relationship building, and structured profiling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse situations.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for global collaboration.
• Able to handle high-pressure, multi-priority environments.
• Genuine passion for crypto/fintech.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior relationship owner and primary point of contact for a portfolio of global institutional/VIP clients.
• Build long-term, trust-based partnerships and identify growth and cross-selling opportunities.
• Deepen and expand strategic relationships with existing clients through high-quality engagement.
• Design and optimize client service processes; oversee health and performance of key accounts.
• Lead analysis of client behavior to uncover needs and drive cross-functional solutions.
• Lead the client manager team: set standards, coach and develop staff, build capability.
• Represent client voices internally to inform product strategy and planning.
