Binance is seeking a growth-focused professional to drive user growth metrics and expand channel opportunities within our global exchange platform. You will collaborate across product, marketing, and partnerships to execute growth strategies in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Ideal candidates have in-depth experience in internet product growth or channel development, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate cross‑department activities with English and Mandarin

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in Internet product growth or growth channel development; blockchain, finance, or internet product growth background preferred.
• Good at listening to customer needs and finding growth solutions from the user growth and channel operations perspective.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong self-driven mindset, responsible, able to work under pressure, with cross-department coordination ability.

Responsibilities

• Growth department owner for user growth metrics and a primary growth driver.
• Identify and exploit growth opportunities in the exchange domain and expand user growth channels.
• Maintain strong channel cooperation and processes; increase channel output and resolve issues across the collaboration.
• Meet the team's established performance indicators based on market conditions and company strategy.
• Actively participate in industry events to explore new cooperation resources for user growth.
