Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced professional to lead Earn institutional initiatives from Asia, coordinating with VIP Teams and Earn teams to drive product development and campaigns. You will onboard new VIP and institutional clients, shape cross-BU collaborations, and streamline SOPs acrossearn offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Institutional Sales, Growth & Products with experience driving commercial metrics.
• Strong product/business owner mindset for multi-BU/multi-product deals.
• Deep understanding of Earn products.
• Self-driven and proactive.
• Strong cross-team communication & stakeholder management.
• Operations, Project or Product Management in fintech/crypto, preferably a CEX or Neobank.
• Experience in Earn, wealth management, yield/staking, financial products, CEX or DeFi preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields; MBA/CFA/CAIA preferred.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin; Asia time zone (UTC+8 ±2).
• Based in Asia time zone, ideally UTC+8 (±2).

Responsibilities

• Onboard new earn institutional and VIP clients.
• Manage Earn Institutional initiatives and direction of collaboration, campaigns, product development of VIP Earn Platform.
• Act as a bridge between VIP Team and Earn Team.
• Work with Earn Institutional team to streamline SOPs, collaborations and escalations.
• Turn cross-BU requests into actual product improvements and campaigns.
• Uniform Earn Institutional offerings and Earn internal communication.
• BD - Institutional deals.
• Earn Growth side (long term alignment for Earn).
• Apply the same strategy across other cross-BU initiatives such as Affiliates and CMKT.
