Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced Institutional Sales Lead for Binance Earn to drive asset growth with Banks, Institutions, Funds, and Wealth Managers across Asia. You will source prospects, negotiate terms, and manage a high-impact pipeline while coordinating with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations.

The role requires 5-6 years of experience in institutional sales, team leadership, and a strong product mindset. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; Asia time zone preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of institutional sales experience with drive on AUM/TVL/Revenue.
• Experience managing a team and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong product/business owner mindset for multi-BU / multi-product deals.
• Deep understanding of Earn products and wealth management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Economics; MBA/CFA/CAIA preferred.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin; Asia time zone (UTC+8) locality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand institutional relationships to secure asset allocation into Binance Earn.
• Source and convert institutional prospects into TVL/AUM through outreach and partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations.
• Manage DRP/POC for Earn growth initiatives and partners.
• Drive growth in TVL/AUM and revenue through GTM efforts.
• Lead institutional marketing campaigns, workshops, and webinars.
