You will design and run outbound campaigns, qualify prospects and hand them to our sales team for meaningful conversations. This is a systematized, measurable lead-gen role focused on revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B lead generation or outbound sales in English-speaking markets.
• Proven track record with measurable lead generation outcomes.
• Experience with email and LinkedIn outreach automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify and engage B2B leads across English-speaking markets.
• Build targeted lead lists based on ICP and segmentation.
• Design and launch multichannel outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
• Handle inbound replies, manage objections and book qualified meetings.
• Qualify leads and hand them to the sales team with full context.
• Track funnel metrics and run A/B tests on messaging and targeting.
• Automate lead generation processes using outreach and data tools.
• Share market feedback with sales and marketing to refine ICP.
