Job summary

Kody is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapid-growth team in Hong Kong. You will drive outbound lead generation, qualify opportunities, and coordinate with Account Managers to move deals forward.

We value a hunter mentality, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Cantonese/Mandarin and English fluency are required for APAC market coverage.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development (SDR/BDR) or outbound lead generation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin, depending on market.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, Hospitality Tech, Robotics, or Commercial Automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential enterprise clients through cold outreach (calls, LinkedIn, emails).
• Qualify prospects and discover pain points to build a strong pipeline.
• Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Managers/BDMs, ensuring smooth handoff.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activities and contacts.
• Gather market feedback to refine value propositions and outreach scripts.
