Job summary

BTSE is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and scale enterprise product offerings across web and mobile apps in the crypto space. You will translate complex business, client, and regulatory requirements into executable PRDs and specs, partnering with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and external partners to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, with ≥3 years in B2B solutions.
• Experience in the crypto industry, preferably B2B or enterprise-level products.
• Shipping on web and mobile with app store considerations and SDK/WebView integrations.
• Fluent English; Mandarin advantageous.
• Strong ability to convert complex business and regulatory needs into clear product solutions and docs.
• Cross-functional communication with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and external partners.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile and backlog management.
• Experience with white-label or institutional products.
• Technical background or strong API/system integrations understanding.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for drafting PRDs, data analysis, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Lead B2B and white-label capabilities to be configurable, reusable, and scalable.
• Own the full product lifecycle and long-term roadmap for enterprise products across web, iOS, and Android.
• Set product strategy and prioritize across platforms to balance parity and business impact.
• Translate business, client, and regulatory requirements into clear PRDs and specs.
• Work with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to embed regulatory and security requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship secure, UX-consistent releases via Scrum.
• Turn client insights into prioritized opportunities and align stakeholders on trade-offs.
• Define and track success metrics like adoption, retention, reliability, and time-to-onboard.
