Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing.
• Proven track record in performance marketing, demand generation, and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for mining products across the USA, LATAM, and CIS.
• Drive customer acquisition and lead generation in collaboration with Sales and Business Development.
• Identify and test new growth channels to achieve measurable business impact.
• Lead marketing launches for new mining products and features, including positioning and channel strategy.
• Strengthen EMCD's brand presence across mining media and digital channels.
• Manage marketing budgets, CAC, ROI, and conversion rates across regions and channels.
• Build data-driven marketing processes with attribution, funnel analytics, CRM tracking, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with PR, SEO, SMM, Design, Content, Events, and Analytics to deliver integrated initiatives.
• Develop retention, reactivation, and upsell programs with the CRM team to boost miner engagement.
