EMCD seeks a Sales Manager to drive European expansion and forge strategic partnerships in the mining and fintech sectors. You will win new business, manage partner networks, and negotiate deals while coordinating with product, marketing, compliance, and operations to tailor offerings for the EU market.

Competenze

• At least five years of sales experience, including blockchain/mining/fintech exposure.
• Deep understanding of the European market and cryptocurrency/mining industries.
• Proven track record of winning new business in blockchain space.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems in day-to-day sales activities.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage partner relationships with data centers, mining equipment vendors, equipment manufacturers, and service centers.
• Attract new partners and clients to expand EMCD's EU presence in the international market.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing partners, including negotiations and expanding partnerships.
• Develop market entry strategies for specified countries in Europe.
• Build local brand partnerships to increase awareness and generate referral-based deal flow.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, compliance, and operations teams to improve EMCD products for target customers.
• Represent EMCD at industry conferences and events across the region.
