Job summary

Mobileum is seeking an Account Manager (Sales) to drive revenue growth and manage strategic telecom operator relationships. You will position Mobileum's analytics, roaming, assurance, and security solutions while leading the end-to-end sales cycle.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of telecom or software sales experience, strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and a proven track record of closing complex deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or Telecommunications; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of sales experience in telecom or software solutions.
• Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals and managing large accounts.
• Strong understanding of mobile network technologies, roaming, fraud management, or assurance.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with key telecom accounts in the region.
• Understand customer pain points and align Mobileum's solutions to deliver measurable value.
• Achieve assigned sales quotas and develop long-term account plans and forecasts.
• Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure outcomes.
• Prepare and present customer-specific business cases and ROI models.
• Maintain CRM data, including pipeline status, contact tracking, and activity logging.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to shape strategy and positioning.
• Support marketing and business development initiatives, including events, workshops, and webinars.
