Hong Kong Expo Holdings Ltd. seeks a responsible Personal Assistant to the Director to provide professional and personal support, while also assisting with general office administration.
You will manage the Director’s calendar, arrange travel, handle correspondence, and coordinate with vendors and partners. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
Arrange business and personal travel, transportation, dining, and other appointments.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and follow-up on various matters.
Assist with personal errands and ad hoc requests when required.
Coordinate with family members, drivers, service providers, business partners, and other contacts.
Assist with meetings, document preparation, note-taking, and follow-up.
Provide general administrative support for the office, including office supplies, facilities, vendors, and other daily operations.
Assist with scheduling internal meetings and coordinating office activities.
Maintain and organize documents, records, and administrative files.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, building management, and other external parties.
Provide administrative support to the management team and office as required.
Maintain organized records and handle confidential information with discretion.
Support other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Provide flexible support outside regular office hours when reasonably required, particularly for time-sensitive personal or business matters.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Responsible, discreet, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Flexible and comfortable supporting both personal and business matters.
A valid Hong Kong driving licence is an advantage.
