Job summary

Gain City invites a detail‑oriented HR professional to join our Singapore team in Tampines. You will provide HR and office administration support, manage payroll and employee benefits, and help implement policies to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in HRM or related field, 2–4 years payroll experience in Singapore, and familiarity with HRIS systems such as HRIQ.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on payroll experience in Singapore.
• Prior experience handling payroll for medium to large headcount is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR and office administration support.
• Maintain employees’ personal information in Personnel files.
• Administer payroll, performance management, insurance, and employee benefits programs.
• Formulate, implement, review and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Assist in HR projects related to Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, HRIS/HRMS implementation, staff training and development.
