Fairwood Fast Food Ltd in Hong Kong seeks an meticulous Assistant HR Manager, Payroll & HRIS, to oversee office payroll and drive HR system enhancements in a fast-paced environment.
You will ensure payroll accuracy and statutory compliance, manage MPF and taxation matters, and support audits, with strong Excel skills and hands-on HRIS experience.
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Assistant HR Manager, Payroll & HRISto oversee our end-to-end Office payroll operations and drive HR system enhancements. Reporting to the C&B Manager, you will ensure payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and smooth HRIS functionality in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end monthly payroll administration for Office employees and all payroll activities where required.
Review payroll calculations, final payments, leave management, MPF contributions, taxation matters, and employee benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees' Compensation Ordinance, MPF regulations, Inland Revenue requirements, and company policies.
Manage employee benefit programs, including group medical insurance, MPF, leave administration, and other employee benefits.
Collaborate closely with business units and department heads on compensation and benefits related matters.
Collaborate with ITD to ensure the smooth operation of HRIS, including but not limited to UAT, system troubleshooting, and implementation of system enhancements.
Collaborate with ITD to enhance and maintain the O365 leave management workflow and related HR processes.
Support internal and external audits by preparing reports and statutory-related documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits administration, preferably gained from sizeable organizations.
Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or other labour-intensive industries is highly preferred.
Strong commitment to meeting critical monthly payroll cut-offs, with the flexibility to work during payroll period of the month regardless of holidays. Equal compensation leave will be arranged.
Solid hands-on experience in payroll administration, taxation, MPF administration, and employee benefits management.
Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees' Compensation Ordinance, MPF regulations, Inland Revenue requirements, and other relevant employment-related legislation.
Hands-on experience in SAP HCM and HRIS implementation or enhancement projects is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, vlookup, data analysis), Word, and PowerPoint.
