We are looking for a HR Executive with comprehensive HR experience, including a complete understanding of all hands-on exposure to the full mix of HR functions.
Manage and support day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, leave, benefits, employee records and offboarding.
Ensure HR practices and processes comply with company policies and applicable Singapore employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, workplace concerns and grievances.
Support management in investigating and resolving employee grievances, misconduct and disciplinary cases.
Coordinate staff engagement activities and HR-related events.
Support ad-hoc HR assignments and projects as required.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR Operations experience.
Good working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR statutory requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters professionally.
Disciplined, adaptable, resourceful and solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
Meticulous, well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
