You will serve as the primary contact for HR inquiries, manage the HRIS as a super user, coordinate benefits renewals, and support visa applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
  • 5+ years HR experience in multinational firm.
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong labor laws and regional requirements.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin a plus.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll coordination.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, requiring expertise in employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll processing, and the coordination of onboarding and offboarding across regional offices. The HR Manager will also be responsible for ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies across all regions to maintain compliance and drive operational efficiency.

Job Duties
  • Serve as the primary contact for employees’ daily HR inquiries, providing prompt and effective support for their HR-related needs.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s HR system as a super user, ensuring employee records are accurate, organized, and consistently updated.
  • Oversee and coordinate the renewal process for corporate benefits programs, such as health insurance plans, ensuring timely updates.
  • Collaborate with the senior management to liaise with the payroll provider, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll-related updates.
  • Oversee the full onboarding and offboarding process for employees in Singapore, Hong Kong, and mainland China, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed efficiently.
  • Support visa applications and renewals, ensuring adherence to local immigration requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Asia COO and Asia Talent Coordinator to implement HR initiatives, support performance review cycles, and streamline talent acquisition processes.
  • Act as a bridge between regional offices and the central HR team to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Over 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational professional services firm.
  • Ensure compliance with Hong Kong labor laws and regulations, as well as regional requirements in Singapore and Mainland China.
  • Proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all business levels and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English, with proficiency in Mandarin as a significant advantage.
  • Experienced in HR Information Systems (HRIS) with meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adept at multitasking, and able to meet tight deadlines effectively.
