Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage the full employee lifecycle for our Hong Kong Office. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, payroll preparation, MPF contributions, and local policy implementation to ensure smooth HR operations in a multinational environment.

You will also lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with managers on job requirements, interview candidates, and roll out offers, while maintaining timely reporting to headquarters and supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience, retail/apparel in an MNC preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Hard working, detail minded with good service and team spirit.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good teamwork and cooperation skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle for HK Office, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract signing.
• Serve as primary HR contact and provide professional HR support to staff.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for HK Office with hiring manager collaboration, interviews, and offers.
• Oversee onboarding and probation management programs for new hires.
• Prepare monthly payroll calculations, MPF contributions, tax filing, and benefits schemes.
• Maintain localized HK HR policies aligned with GIII overseas offices.
• Maintain and update staff database, leave/attendance/holiday administration, and employee profiles.
• Handle additional initiatives/projects as assigned and assist Asia Offices as required.
• Report to headquarters HR on timely basis.
