Job summary

Advantech Co. Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a capable HR professional to support business needs, manage employee relations, compliance, policies and documentation.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and HR projects to maintain a smooth, compliant workplace. The role requires a degree in HR or business, at least 2 years of HR experience, strong writing and MS Office skills, and a team-oriented, meticulous mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience.
• Solid knowledge of employment regulations & practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and writing skills.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Meticulous, resourceful, independent & people oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support across recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
• Manage payroll processing and statutory submissions.
• Develop and update HR policies and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new staff.
• Assist with training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and ISO 9001.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR reporting.
