Qualifications

• Proven experience in Payroll, Attendance Management, and Performance Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal staff and external NGOs.

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
• Handle Time & Attendance, including roster setting and overtime calculations.
• Define and launch the early Performance Management System cycle and scoring rules.
• Take the lead on Volunteer Activity Plan and coordinate with NGOs.
