Airstar Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Part-time Assistant Officer for Physical Store Operations. You will guide customers to use the e-banking App in our experience center and handle enquiries with professional service.

The role requires Cantonese fluency, English and Mandarin proficiency, and ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. Associate or higher degree with 1+ year in banking or customer service preferred.

Qualificações

• Associate degree holders or above with at least 1 year of banking / finance / customer service / marketing experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; proactive and team-oriented.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Native or fluent Cantonese; English and Mandarin proficiency.
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel and Word.
• Shift duty required including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and support customers to use e-banking App in the experience center.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints with professional customer service.
• Achieve objectives set by Management.
• Support marketing campaigns and business referrals.
• Ensure center operations comply with bank policies and regulations.
• Plan and execute on-site events and seminars to raise brand awareness for customers.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
