Airstar Bank, a digital bank in Hong Kong, is seeking an Operations Officer to support daily account operations, AML/CDD checks, and customer inquiries. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong English and Chinese communication, and proficiency with MS Office tools.

You will perform account openings, loan processing, and maintenance tasks while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience is preferred.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attentive to details and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese WordProcessing.
• Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.

Responsabilidades

• Perform customer account opening and maintenance and support document scanning on verification system
• Handle loan operations, including drawdown, loan rollover, and other lending procedures
• Handle customer instruction, including Time deposit setup and maintenance
• Responsible for AML name screening and CDD process, including contract customer
• Conduct periodic account review and follow up actions on exceptional cases
• Review and update the operational guidelines and manuals in accordance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements
• Handle customer enquiries and requests
