Airstar Bank is seeking an Assistant Manager for Physical Store Operations in Hong Kong. You will lead a team in the experience center, guiding customers to use the e-banking app and delivering professional service.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries and complaints, supporting campaigns, ensuring policy compliance, and organizing on-site events. Shift work including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or above is required.
• Native or fluent Cantonese (mandatory); proficient in English and Mandarin both spoken and written.
• Shift duty is required including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsabilidades

Assistant Manager, Physical Store Operation

Lead a team to guide and provide support to customers to use e-banking App in experience center

Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints with professional customer service which meet the required quality standard

Achieve all objectives set by Management from time to time

Support marketing campaigns enquiries and business referrals

Ensure center operations are in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines

Plan and execute on-site events and seminars to raise brand awareness to both current and potential customers

Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Associate degree holders or above with at least 5 years of working experience in branch or service centre of a bank or financial institution

Strong customer service and communication skills, proactive, self-motivated, strong team players

Able to work independently and under pressure

Native or fluent Cantonese (mandatory), proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin

Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing

Shift duty is required including weekdays, weekends & public holidays

Candidate with less experience will be considered as junior post or part-time basis.
