Airstar Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Part-time Assistant Officer for Physical Store Operations. You will guide customers to use the e-banking App in our experience center and handle enquiries with professional service.

The role requires Cantonese fluency, English and Mandarin proficiency, and ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. Associate or higher degree with 1+ year in banking or customer service preferred.

Qualificações

• Associate degree holders or above with at least 1 year of banking / finance / customer service / marketing experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; proactive and team-oriented.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Native or fluent Cantonese; English and Mandarin proficiency.
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel and Word.
• Shift duty required including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Guide and provide support to customers to use e-banking App in experience center

Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints with professional customer service which meet the required quality standard

Achieve all objectives set by Management from time to time

Support marketing campaigns enquiries and business referrals

Ensure center operations are in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines

Plan and execute on-site events and seminars to raise brand awareness to both current and potential customers

Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Associate degree holders or above with at least 1 years of working experience in banking / finance / customer service / marketing industry

Strong customer service and communication skills, proactive, self-motivated, strong team players

Able to work independently and under pressure

Native or fluent Cantonese (mandatory), proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin

Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing

Shift duty is required including weekdays, weekends & public holidays

Candidate with less experience will be considered as junior post or part-time basis.
