Job summary

ELE Bank Limited seeks an Officer / Senior Officer for Physical Store Operation in Hong Kong. You will guide customers to use the e-banking App in our experience center and handle enquiries with professional service.

You will help meet management objectives, support marketing campaigns, ensure compliance with policies, and plan on-site events to raise brand awareness among customers. Fluency in Cantonese is required; English and Mandarin are also needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Fluent Cantonese (mandatory), proficient in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Guide and provide support to customers to use e-banking App in experience center.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints with professional customer service which meet the required quality standard.
• Achieve all objectives set by Management from time to time.
• Support marketing campaigns enquiries and business referrals.
• Ensure center operations are in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Plan and execute on-site events and seminars to raise brand awareness to both current and potential customers.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
