Job summary

ELE Bank Limited seeks an Officer / Senior Officer for Physical Store Operation in Hong Kong. You will guide customers to use the e-banking App in our experience center and handle enquiries with professional service.

You will help meet management objectives, support marketing campaigns, ensure compliance with policies, and plan on-site events to raise brand awareness among customers. Fluency in Cantonese is required; English and Mandarin are also needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Fluent Cantonese (mandatory), proficient in English and Mandarin.

Officer / Senior Officer, Physical Store Operation

Ensure center operations are in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines

Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Associate degree holders or above with at least 3 years of working experience in branch or service centre of a bank or financial institution

Strong customer service and communication skills, proactive, self-motivated, strong team players

Able to work independently and under pressure

Native or fluent Cantonese (mandatory), proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin

Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing

Shift duty is required including weekdays, weekends & public holidays

Candidate with less experience will be considered as junior post or part-time basis.
