Job summary

HSO Hong Kong is seeking a driven Marketing Associate to support our growing SaaS software and IT consulting business in Hong Kong. You will collaborate with sales, consulting, and global marketing to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

In a fast-paced, B2B tech environment, you will plan digital campaigns, manage channels, and localize content. The role offers exposure to enterprise programs, events, and metrics-driven growth with a collaborative, international team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably SaaS or IT consulting.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and performance metrics.
• Experience in demand generation, campaign execution, and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support execution of marketing campaigns across digital, events, and partner channels.
• Manage digital marketing activities (email, social media, SEO/SEM, LP, webinars).
• Coordinate local events, seminars, and industry conferences.
• Develop and localize marketing content (presentations, case studies, website copy).
• Work with sales teams to drive lead generation and pipeline development.
• Track and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
• Maintain CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Collaborate with global teams to align brand messaging and strategy.
• Track performance with an ROI mindset.
• Drive MQL → SQL → pipeline conversion.
• Support ABM initiatives for enterprise clients.

About the Role

As part of our continued growth in Asia, HSO Hong Kong is seeking a driven and creative Marketing Associate to support our growing SaaS software and IT consulting business in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, B2B technology environment and wants to build hands‑on experience across digital marketing, campaigns, and go‑to‑market execution.

You will work closely with sales, consulting, and global marketing teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement in the Hong Kong market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize digital marketing activities (email, social media, SEO/SEM, LP, webinars)
• Coordinate local events, seminars, and industry conferences
• Develop and localize marketing content (presentations, case studies, website copy)

• Track and report on campaign performance and KPIs
• Maintain CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., leads, contacts, campaign tracking)
• Collaborate with global teams to align brand messaging and strategy
• Track performance with a strong ROI mindset
• Drive MQL → SQL → pipeline conversion
• Support ABM initiatives for enterprise clients

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing , preferably in SaaS or IT consulting
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and performance metrics
• Experience in demand generation, campaign execution, and lead generation
• Proven track record of contributing to pipeline growth and revenue impact
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM/marketing tools
• Familiarity with enterprise software, cloud, or AI solutions
• Experience working in a global or matrix organization
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and marketing metrics
