Job summary

HSO Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant to lead enterprise ERP implementations for clients across industries. This role offers the opportunity to work with multinational organizations on complex digital transformation initiatives within a global consulting team.

We expect hands-on X++ development, strong D365FO architecture knowledge, and experience with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Hands-on X++ development in D365FO.
• Strong D365FO architecture knowledge (AOT, extensions, AOT).
• Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git/TFVC.
• Familiarity with D365FO integration tools (Data Management Framework, OData, custom services, Business Events).
• Understanding of ERP core processes to collaborate with functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently on technical deliverables.
• Interest in AI-driven solutions with D365 MCP; training will be provided.
• For Solution Architect: end-to-end technical architecture across multiple D365FO implementations.
• Good communication in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Consultant with hands-on development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) to join our consulting team. Beyond traditional customizations and integrations, we will work together to deliver AI-powered solutions that improve how customers interact with and operate in D365FO. Candidates with extensive development and architecture experience will be considered for a Solution Architect position.

Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience developing in D365 Finance & Operations using X++ (required)
• Solid understanding of the D365FO architecture, including AOT, extensions model, and the Application Object Tree
• Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and version control (Git/TFVC)
• Familiarity with D365FO integration tools (Data Management Framework, OData, custom services, Business Events)
• Understanding of core ERP business processes to effectively collaborate with functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on technical deliverables
• Interest in AI-driven solutions and willingness to learn and build AI agents using D365 MCP. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided
• For Solution Architect consideration: proven experience designing end-to-end technical architecture across multiple D365FO implementations, including integration strategy, performance optimization, and technical governance
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
