Job summary

HSO Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant to lead enterprise ERP implementations across industries. This role offers opportunities to work with multinational clients and collaborate with a global consulting team.

You will participate in requirements gathering, design workshops, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and post go-live support, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or support (any platform — D365FO, D365 BC, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Solid understanding of core ERP concepts and business processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, project accounting or inventory)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central is a definite advantage, regardless of module or level of exposure
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
• Willingness to travel for regional client engagements, as needed
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s)
• Prior experience in a professional services or consulting environment

About the Role

We are looking for a Functional Consultant with a solid grounding in ERP systems and business processes to join our consulting team. Candidates with any ERP platform background are welcome to apply - experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) is a definite advantage, but not a requirement. This role suits consultants who want to build a long-term career in ERP consulting and grow their expertise across end-to-end client implementations in the region. Candidates with extensive D365FO consulting experience will be considered for a Senior Consultant role, with greater ownership of client engagements.
