Job summary

Loro Piana in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a luxury retail team. You will drive exceptional sales, uphold Brand DNA, and manage customer relationships while coaching staff and coordinating with Retail Excellence to implement development plans.

You will oversee daily store operations, visual standards, and safety guidelines, ensuring superior client experiences in a high-end environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in luxury goods in complex/international environments.
Strong leadership, coaching and development skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.
Strong IT literacy (Office suite, SAP Retail) and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Reflects the corporate image and aligns team with Brand DNA.
Optimizes sales performance through consistent execution of Galateo and standards.
Analyzes market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
Maintains excellent customer relationships and ensures high satisfaction through team management.
Recruits, retains and develops new customers; manages CRM KPIs.
Leads and motivates the team, fostering a positive work environment and innovative solutions.
Coaches team; partners with Retail Excellence to tailor development plans.
Ensures store organization, visual merchandising alignment, and adherence to safety procedures.
