You will drive sales growth, manage day-to-day store operations, and promote the Loewe brand in local activities with a strong focus on client experience.

You will empower team members, organize coverage, and execute development plans while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop your team through regular coaching and feedback; create development plans.

• Lead store operations to deliver best-in-class client experience.
• Manage customer flow and ensure every client receives appropriate service.
• Develop client database and optimize data quality and quantity.
• Train the team on after-sales knowledge.
• Grow top-line sales and implement action plans aligned with brand needs.
• Build a loyal client base and promote the brand at local activities.
