The role requires a minimum of 10 years in luxury goods, fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin a plus, and strong leadership to motivate a multinational team while aligning with Retail Excellence and the Brand DNA.

Qualificações

• At least 10 years' work experience in a Luxury Goods business in complex and international environments.
• Solid leadership skills - listening and motivating others; delegation.
• Interpersonal skills - building relationships and leveraging network.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Reflects the corporate image in terms of standing and ensures team alignment with Brand DNA.
• Optimizes overall sales performance through consistent selling Galateo and operational standards.
• Analyzes market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities and promote new products.
• Maintains excellent customer relationships and ensures high customer satisfaction through effective team management.
• Recruits new customers, retains existing ones and develops potential ones.
• Manage CRM KPIs and ensure data collection for CRM reporting and strategy.
• Motivate the team to drive business, create a positive work environment, empower innovation.
• Provide ongoing coaching, identify development needs and partner with Retail Excellence to tailor action plans.
• Ensure staff growth, product knowledge, and training; keep staff updated on luxury industry trends.
