Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Hong Kong is seeking an In-store Operations Manager to lead and coach a high-performing team, driving superior client experience through strong operational support. You will recruit, develop, and succession-plan the store team while upholding brand standards and policies.

You will manage inventory, facilities, and risk, ensuring seamless store operations and exceptional service, with a strong focus on luxury retail excellence and team development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of luxury retail operations experience.
• Experience leading and coaching store teams.
• Strong client experience and service excellence focus.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, store facilities and policies.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the in-store team to achieve operational objectives.
• Oversee inventory management, cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Manage store facilities, maintenance, vendors, safety and security.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures across all operations.
• Drive service excellence and client delivery, including handling escalated client needs.
• Identify, recruit and develop talent; support succession planning.
