You will manage a high-performing team, mentor staff, oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and customer experience, and collaborate with head office on campaigns and product launches to grow market presence.

Formación

• 5+ years of management experience in luxury or high-end retail.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and growth.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service aligned with luxury brand standards.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and analyze sales data.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese preferred; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Lead, train and motivate a high-performing retail team.
