Job summary

Versace Asia Pacific Ltd. seeks an experienced Store Manager for its Hong Kong flagship. You will lead daily store operations, drive luxury service standards, and nurture client relationships with high-profile clientele.

The role requires 3–5 years in luxury retail management, strong leadership, and deep product knowledge. A bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Business is preferred, with familiarity in merchandising and POS systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze the business and propose action plans to reach qualitative and quantitative objectives.
• Review sales and KPI performance with Store Manager.
• Prepare periodic reports on competitors, products and opportunities.
• Analyze sell-through and coordinate with divisions on product availability and trends.
• Lead the team to maintain high service standards and store presentation.
