Versace in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Luxury Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a high-performance team, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will analyze sales, optimize stock, and align actions with brand standards to maximize profitability.

You will collaborate with Store Manager on reporting, performance metrics, and market trends, ensuring flawless execution of visual merchandising and customer service across all channels.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in retail management – luxury experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Business preferred.
• Full understanding of specialty retail and store operations.
• Computer skills, including operation of retail point of sale system, Word, Excel and email.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead luxury store operations and drive qualitative and quantitative objectives.
• Review weekly sales and KPI performance with Store Manager.
• Prepare periodic competitor and product opportunity reports.
• Manage team with training and coaching to achieve goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and visual merchandising standards.
