Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting is seeking a Human Resources Associate for a fast-growing China-based bank in Hong Kong. The role requires 1–2 years of HR experience, fluent English and Chinese (Putonghua preferred), and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Fresh graduates with IANG visa are welcome.

Responsibilities include supporting pay and performance management, policy review, data analysis, and HR operations support. Strong teamwork and proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree holders with 1–2 years working experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Proactive, detail-minded with strong team orientation.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua is required.

• Perform data analysis and compile periodic reports and ppt presentation
• Provide support in day-today Human Resources operations, keep track of staff movement, attrition rate, and trending analysis
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• University degree holders with 1-2 years working experience
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Proactive, detailed minded with strong team orientation
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is also required
