Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience in banking/finance with 3+ years in management.
• Strong payroll, benefits administration and HR compliance expertise.
• Deep knowledge of HK employment laws, banking regulations and internal controls.
• Excellent leadership and change-management capabilities.
• Proficient in data analysis, risk assessment and decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Human Resources Services Division to lead and manage a team to deliver comprehensive HR services to the bank, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and statutory obligations;
• Ensure seamless delivery of HR services, including payroll, leave management, employee records, benefits administration, and workplace safety;
• Oversee the management of employee licenses and compliance with statutory reporting requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR within banking or financial institutions, including 3 years in a managerial role;
• Proven expertise in payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance;
• Deep understanding of Hong Kong employment laws, banking regulations, and internal control frameworks;
• Strong leadership skills to drive team performance and innovation; ability to navigate organizational change;
• Proficiency in data analysis, risk assessment, and decision-making under complex scenarios;
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders across departments;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
