Job summary

The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to deliver HR strategies, provide consultancy in hiring, performance, and succession planning, and manage employment processes to meet business needs.

Fluency in English and Cantonese is preferred. The role requires a degree in HRM or related field and at least 4 years of HR Generalist/Business Partner experience,

A fast-growing China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a professional Human Resources Manager (BP) for her Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities:

• Closely collaborate with the functional areas and lines of business to guarantee that HR continues to offer policies, initiatives, processes, and activities that support the business activities
• Offer HR consultancy services to business divisions in charge of hiring and firing, performance evaluation, and succession planning
• Be in charge of the employment process and choose qualified people to match the demands of the business
• Establish effective connections with recruiting decision-makers both internally and externally
• Compile statistical analysis, workforce planning, and HR reporting
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects and new initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• At least 4 years of relevant experience as HR Generalist or Business Partner, preferably in banking or financial institutions
• Customer-centric attitude, organized and detail-oriented with a pro-active approach
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
